Sure. I am among those who rely on the generous giving of people to do the work to which God has called my wife and I and I am sure that those who give to our ministey give for a wide variety of reasons. I’ve spent a lot of time answering questions about the how, what, when, where, and why of giving.

I can say, without question that there is a palpable difference between those who give out of love for God and a sincere desire to see lives changes and those who give for other reasons---guilt, abundance, pride, tax-deductions, and more. A dollar may be a dollar…but I’ve been more blessed to see an elderly man give 25 cents (money he earned walking around town collecting cans) than a well-to-do man who handed over a $100 bill as if it was nothing.

I don’t know God how of if God blesses these gifts in different ways or not, but the heart heart that desires to give is beautiful.
